Elizabeth Ann Photography

Sarah and Mitch are the quintessential stylish couple who wanted every detail of their wedding reception at The Rose to enhance the architectural beauty of the modern, yet historic, venue. Along with the help of Bello & Blue Events, we think they totally pulled it off. We are excited to share every dreamy photo Elizabeth Ann Photography captured of this classic, vintage-inspired day – to include photos from their ceremony at The Club at Rolling Hills.

Most brides have a vision, but this couple’s vision included elements that many overlook. Elite Entertainment added drapery to the ceiling to soften the space, which then cascaded down the wall to create a romantic vibe. They also provided up-lighting to highlight the draping and suspended six golden chandeliers from the ceiling – each adorned with cascading greenery. Bello and Blue Events also provided the floral elements for the event to include six grand raised floral centerpieces, which they used to accent a few of the tables below. Fabric draping was hung along an entire wall to help soften the space and hundreds of pillar, floating, and votive candles added a romantic glow.

Every component of the decor was meticulously picked to bring Sarah and Mitch’s vision to life: from the ivory table linens to help brighten the space, the khaki-colored napkins so as not to compete with any other element, to the gold Chiavari chairs – all provided by Event Rents, and even the clear table numbers with white script. The floral elements pulled in a variety of greenery, pampas grass, bunny tails, and white spring blooms, which included roses, ranunculus, tweedia, and tulips.

Following the ceremony, guests drove a short distance to The Rose event center in downtown Golden. Cocktail Hour was offered on both the main floor and mezzanine levels. Guests were welcomed with an assortment of hosted bar offerings as well as a number of both stationed and passed hors d’oeuvres. Plated dinner service followed the entrance of the wedding party. Dinner allowed guests to choose from grilled salmon, NY strip steak, or a vegetarian option. For dessert, Das Meyer Fine Pastry Chalet created a classically, elegant 3-tiered cake covered in white buttercream then adorned with just a few white flowers and greenery. The couple also treated guests to 4 different flavors of Little Man Ice Cream.

Elite Entertainment also provided Emcee and DJ services – ensuring that guests were welcomed, well informed, and entertained throughout the entire evening of celebration.

Congratulations Sarah and Mitch! You should take great pride in the efforts you put forth. Your guests were wowed by the beauty of your vision for the space and enjoyed celebrating each moment with you throughout your wedding day. Cheers to many new adventures as husband and wife.
