That starts with a personal consultation where we get to know the two of you – your style, your stories. Then we combine meticulous planning with impeccable attention to detail to plan the wedding of your dreams, which leaves you free to relax and enjoy the most important day of your lives.
DAY-OF
COORDINATION

$2,500
Day-of coordination really begins roughly 30-90 prior to your wedding date. Unlike a full-service wedding coordinator, a Day-of Coordinator is for couples who want to do most of the planning themselves – couples plan; we coordinate those plans. Our day-of coordination package includes:
- * Unlimited phone and email communication
- * One two-hour in-person or virtual meeting
- * Vendor recommendations
- * Vendor confirmation, communication and liaison
- * Create wedding day timeline
- * Full vendor coordination according to wedding timeline and client’s specifications
- * Final walk-through at venue to discuss event details and confirm room layout
- * Run ceremony rehearsal
- * Coordination of ceremony and reception
- * Coordinate all vendors on the wedding day
- * Assistance with ceremony and reception set up & break down
- * Distribution of gratuities to all vendors (paid by client)
- * Maintain a wedding day emergency kit
THE ESSENTIAL
PACKAGE

$4500
The Essential Package is for assistance with partial wedding planning. It is designed for couples who need partial assistance with their wedding planning. We can help you complete the event design that compliments your vision and budget. Our Essential Package includes:
- * Unlimited phone and email communication
- * Four hours of in-person or virtual consultation to be used as needed
- * Planning checklists and budget recommendations
- * Wedding day design guidance in areas still left to complete
- * Vendor recommendations
- * Vendor confirmation, communication and liaison
- * Create wedding day timeline
- * Full vendor coordination according to wedding timeline and client’s specifications
- * Final walk-through at venue to discuss event details and confirm room layout
- * Run ceremony rehearsal
- * Coordination of ceremony and reception
- * Coordinate all vendors on the wedding day
- * Assistance with ceremony and reception set up & break down
- * Distribution of gratuities to all vendors (paid by client)

THE TOTAL
PACKAGE

$7,500 or 10% of TOTAL WEDDING
The Total Package is our all-inclusive wedding planning service. It’s exactly as it sounds…everything is covered in this package! This service is catered to busy couples who want their ideal wedding, but may not have the time to plan and execute their vision while keeping their day job. Our Total Package includes:

- * Six hours of in-person or virtual consultation to be used as needed
- * Planning checklists and budget recommendations
- * Venue research to include site tours
- * Vendor recommendations
- * Vendor confirmation, communication and liaison
- * Contract reviews
- * Assistance with Hotel room block reservations for guests
- * Rental equipment reservation and coordination
- * RSVP management
- * Rehearsal dinner coordination
- * Create wedding day timeline
- * Full vendor coordination according to wedding timeline and client’s specifications
- * Final walk-through at venue to discuss event details and confirm room layout

All Four Seasons Events donates 10% of all profits to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund which serves United States military personnel experiencing the invisible wounds of war: Traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic tress (PTS). When our servicemen and women return from the battlefield, the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund helps them fight the war within by building world-class, advanced treatment centers providing hte best TBI and PTS care, enabling these heros to continue to serve on active duty and enjoy a full and productive life.
